The options are :- press 1 for results after 12 noon, Option 2 for medical reports, Option 3 for prescription enquires (between 12 noon and 4pm only - please note orders for medication cannot be dealt with over the phone) Option 4 is for appointments.

Beware - Aggressive Cold Calling
We have been alerted to a company called Niagara Healthcare who have contacted patients offering assistance with pain management. It was reported that they were very aggressive and pushy and wanted to come out for a home visit. They had quite a lot of information including medical information relating to the patients and concerns have arose as to how they obtained this personal information. Although this has happened around practices in North Yorkshire and Humberside, there are no reports as yet of this happening in South Yorkshire. We would recommend that should you receive a call from this company that you end it and do not give them any personal information.
