Noticeboard

During this difficult time the NHS is under severe pressure, therefore to safeguard you and the welfare of the staff, we will only be taking contact via telephone. You will be given a triage appointment or a specific time to attend practice. Please appreciate our staff are here to help you.

Prescriptions are to be done online or over the telephone and collected from your local nominated pharmacy.

If you are concerned that you may have coronavirus or may have come into contact with someone who has, the NHS 111 online service has created coronavirus pages that tell you what you should do based on your particular circumstances. These can be accessed at - https://111.nhs.uk/service/covid-19

New Patient Registration

We have an open registration policy where anyone living within our practice boundary that request registration with the practice will be registered.

The exclusion for this policy is if someone has been previously asked to leave the practice on grounds of violence or abuse, as agreed with NHS England.

When attending your new patient check please make sure that you bring the required documents;

  • Photo ID
  • Proof of address
  • Utility bill / bank statement

If you do not have these you will not be able to register with the practice.

The areas covered by the practice are Intake, Wheatley Hills,  Armthorpe, Dunsville, Cantley, Old Cantley, Bessacarr, Clay Lane, Hyde Park, Belle Vue, Lakeside, Wheatley and Town Moor
